Damn you Odwalla!!!!

I have a new favorite Odwalla drink. It's the Superfood Wheatgrass flavor. It's just SO DAMN GOOD!!! Good to know that I ate well today with my micronutrient drink and my sushi. I tried the Squid and mountain vegetable salad today. I was ok. Not as good as good quality octapus, but alright. I also had the spicy tuna roll. Generally I don't purposfully choose tuna over salmon (they had a spicy salmon roll) but for some reason today I was really feeling the tuna. And I'm glad I got it. It was gooooood. Now I'm stuffed. And ready to call it a day. *sigh* Ah well. Only 4 more hours to go before Michael gets off of work and can pick me up.

I'm thinking of doing a weekend detox program this weekend. I've seen some programs where you just eat fruits and veggies. That won't be too hard. I even saw one where you could eat a little bit of brown rice if the carb cravings get the best of you. I think it'll be good for me in light of my stomach queaziness of late.

Wwll, I kind of combined several regiments into one. They all basically said similar things like "eat only fruits and vegetables" with one saying that you could eat about a cup of brown rice a day if you needed to. I'm about to post my thoughts and experiences with the whole thing later, so hang on for that. I didn't do this detox thing as a weightloss measure. I felt I needed to purge some impurities out and give my internal organs a boost. I'd been eating WAY too much meat in the last few weeks, O I felt I needed a sort of wake up call to my body.

As for weightloss, my progress is going very slow on that. I'm eating a fruit for breakfast, some crackers for a snack, either soup or salad for lunch with crackers if I'm being good and chips if I'm being bad, and whatever I want for dinner. I also exercise for 20-30 minutes every morning and 2-3 times a day I walk up the 5 flights of stairs at my work. I can feel my muscles toning, but the fat isn't coming off. Which means I need to get into cardio, but I just haven't had the time lately.
